What is SLN?
SLN is not a team—it is a leads distribution program that connects agents with lead opportunities in exchange for a 50/50 split on these leads*.
Our goal is to provide lead opportunities to agents who are committed to follow-up, conversion, and “doing the things” that it takes to go from initial connection to closed transaction. We do have simple metrics that we track but ultimately, we trust you to run your business your way (so long as you are meeting metrics and meeting/exceeding these minimums).
* This does not include any agreement that you may have regarding splits with your separate team/team lead
How It Works
Organization
- Each agent, once vetted and interviewed (if needed), is placed into an SLN Group, which is part of a larger SLN Unit. Your Group serves as your primary source of accountability, while your Unit functions as a space for broader collaboration and support.
- Your primary point of contact will be your Group Leader. Your Unit captain will offer support, as needed.
Leads
- We generate the leads through internal sources, marketing, and paid partnerships.
- You claim the lead.
- You work the lead using your proven SOPs, follow-up, and CRM tracking.
- You grow your business with access to graduated opportunities as your metrics grow.
Who Should Apply?
This program is for hardworking, driven agents who want to scale their business with company-generated leads. If you’re ready to put in the effort and close more deals, SLN can be a game-changer for your business.
What’s Next?
To ensure that “the juice is worth the squeeze” for the agents currently in the program, we only add agents into the program (1) at strategic times – most notably, as our growing lead flow demands it and (2) in groups (or cohorts).
